☄️ Hello and welcome to your Company Wiki set-up! This template is a quick-start guide using Notion to organize your company info. Use what works, tweak what doesn’t and make it fit your needs :) Delete these set up guides once you are done, or keep it as a souvenir.

Understanding the set-up

This template is made using 3 databases which make up the ‘backend’, and a Wiki dashboard or ‘frontend’. Within the company Wiki you will find linked and filtered views of the databases.

The Databases page contains the master databases. You have the full freedom to re-arrange or delete views on your Wiki as the databases are securely stored on one page.

[ ] Once you have completed your set-up, it is best practice to move your databases into a secure location to avoid accidental edits when working with a team.

Setting up

To help with a quick set up, in the sections below you will find views of the 3 databases that run this template. Adjust the properties, edit or delete demo entries and make it your own 💥

[ ] View the table layout view to easily see and edit database properties
[ ] You will notice that the databases have relation properties (to link databases to each other), as well as tags which can be used to create filters for where information is displayed. Edit this as it makes sense for your own business or Notion structure.
